Geoffrey Kasselman is president of Op2mize, Inc. a real estate brockerage and advisory service. He gave a five-year technology and innovation forecast as part of his presentation to the MIT Enterprise Forum's Chicago chapter. Topics included advanced networks, "24-hour real estate" and China's Zero Energy Tower.

The 7th Annual Innovation & Technology Forecast: 2007-2011 featured a panel of experts as they discuss the future of IT, communications, smart buildings, nanotech, biotech and biomedicine. It was hosted by nanotech expert and SitterCity.com VP Dan Ratner. The event was held January 16, 2007 at the office of law firm Drinker Biddle Gardner Carton LLP.

Geoffrey Kasselman has over 18 years of real estate brokerage and advisory experience. He is a nationally recognized expert on digital and "smart" buildings and the overall impact of technology on commercial real estate. He was named one of the top "35 People to Watch" by Realcomm Advisory for three years in a row.
