For an annual fee of $399, Bring the Blog will provide you with one blog entry every business day for a whole year, says founder Dan Green. There are some catches: the content wouldn't be unique to you personally, ala having a ghostwriter, but it would be unique to your industry. Purists would argue that makes it more of a marketing tool or online newsletter than an actual blog, but Green disagrees.
The company's fee also supplies you with a blogging platform that Green says is easier to install and understand than Blogger and Typepad. The selling proposition here is that everyone wants to blog, but so few have the time. A more personalized blog, Green says, is simply a matter of writing your own entries to go along with the ones his company provides, a feature that the BtB platform easily allows.
The company launched in mid-January, 2007.
