At the local entrepreneur's meetup known as Chicago Beta, three companies had an opportunity to pitch their business concepts to a collection of their peers. Featured in this latest installment: Tappity.com, Text2Store.com, and EZ.no.

The event is for "founders, entrepreneurs, developers, revolutionaries, designers, and other people who are currently involved in (or want to join) a web 2.0 start-ups," according to the Chicago Beta website.com
