Scott Barton is a supervising partner and president of the fine-dining division for Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc. He was on the original team that launched both Tru and Osteria Via Stato restaurants. In his current role, he oversees day-to-day operations for those restaurants as well as Nacional 27, Brasserie JO, and Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas.
