Bill Lederer's company, Socrates Media, has developed two web portals — CompleteLandlord.com and RentSlicer.com — that offer products and services designed to help the small landlord. His presentation was part of the Innovation Whiteboard Challenge, held by the MIT Enterprise Forum and RPX Group. The event gave 12 entrepreneurs 5 minutes each to present their concepts. This is segment 3 of 12.
The event was held on June 19, at Drinker Biddle Gardner and Carton.
Lederer projects 100,000-plus paid customers and over $50m in revenue by 2011. His firm has already signed up 50,000 landlords since it launched in January 2007.
