Three years ago, Dan Weinfurter took over Capital H Group, a Chicago-based human resources consultancy. Since then, he and his business partner Gregory Silich have landed two rounds of funding, the first in September 2003 from PPM America Capital Partners, and the second this past June, from FTVentures, both to the tune of about $25 million.
