Meet Richard S. Kingston, CEO of BOB -- short for Business Only Broadband. His company is the largest wireless broadband provider in Chicago. Here he talks about his company's niche and his advice for start-ups.

The company, founded in late 2005, has 20 employees and is about four months away from launching in New York, which will be its second market. The company’s goal is to be in 20 cities over the next five years.
