Chicago Innovation Award Winners, 2007: Part 2 of 3

In this installment, three of the ten companies that won a Chicago Innovation Award this year are featured discussing their concepts, including Fellowes, Inc. (a state-of-the-art paper shredder, pictured at left), Ovation Pharmaceuticals (finding a home for orphan drugs), and Radio Flyer (reinventing the little red wagon). This is part 2 of 3.

About the awards, according to the website: "The goal of the Chicago Innovation Awards is to recognize, educate and inspire. Entering its sixth year, the awards honor Chicago-area businesses and nonprofit organizations that develop the year’s most innovative new products and services."

The Innovation Awards are sponsored by the Chicago Sun-Times and Kuczmarski & Associates, a management consulting firm.

More information about the Chicago Innovation Awards can be found on the Sun-Times website and at the Chicago Innovation Awards homepage.
