We caught up with the outspoken Walter Herbst, chairman and cofounder of Herbst LaZar Bell, Inc., at this year's Innovation Summit at Navy Pier. Here, he declares what innovation is -- and what it isn't -- and talks about how his firm designed the headsets for Motorola.
