Ever Wonder How a High-Priced Booz Allen Hamilton Consultant Thinks?

We talk with Alexander Kandybin, a partner and VP with the global consulting firm. Kandybin worked on integrating pharma giant Pfizer and Warner-Lambert, after their $90 billion merger. His focus is on helping companies in the consumer products, healthcare and chemicals industries become more innovative.

We spoke with Mr. Stephens at the Chicagoland Innovation Summit on October 25.

Dr. Kandybin is a Partner and Vice President with Booz Allen Hamilton based in the New York office. He specializes in developing growth and innovation strategy, raising returns on innovation investments and building sustainable growth and innovation capabilities for companies in consumer products, healthcare and chemicals industries. During his 11 years with Booz Allen, Dr. Kandybin led a number of strategy, innovation and operations assignments for large global consumer, healthcare and chemical companies. Prior experience includes, VP Research & Development at Arbor Research Corporation, US Air Force, and Assistant Professor at Moscow Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology. Dr. Kandybin received an MBA degree with High Distinction from The University of Michigan Business School. He also holds Ph.D. and M.S. degrees with Honors in Chemical Engineering from Moscow Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology
