Tom Lee, leads the marketing, development and launch of new products for mobile music, content storefronts, and messaging platforms for U.S. Cellular. Here he looks at three "customer need" areas that he thinks will be driving telecom innovation in the next five years: Personalization of technology, ubiquitous connectivity and information discoverability.
Lee previously served in business development and product strategy roles and has worked on projects with Qualcomm, AOL, Napster, Motorola and Kodak. He has a Ph.D in physics from the University of California-Berkeley and is working on his MBA at Kellogg.
This event was part of the MIT Enterprise Forum's 2008 Technology Forecast, which was held on January 15 and put on in conjunction with the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center.
