Armando Pauker, a general partner at Apex Venture Partners, focuses on hardware and software for enterprise and networking infrastructure. Here he discusses what he sees happening in the next few years.

Apex Venture Partners, established in 1987, has six funds and more than $600 million under management. The firm has invested in over 130 technology companies. Apex focuses on early stage investments in software applications, technology-enabled services, IT infrastructure, and telecommunications.

Mr. Pauker's presentation was part of the MIT Enterprise Forum's 2008 Technology Forecast, which was held on January 15 and put on in conjunction with the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center.
